probably won't bid on this one, but I'm drooling a bit over those
workbenches in the back. If you successfully bid on this truck, but
don't want the contents of the van body, lets talk...
If you're thinking of bidding on this truck, you should definitely
inspect it in person. Don't rely on my pictures alone. I found many
missing pieces, as you can see from the pictures, but I did NOT
perform a detailed inspection, so there could be other serious
mechanical problems. You've been warned!
Item 10 in that auction is supposed to be another shop van in Yermo. I
saw a couple other vans in the yard, but neither one of them seemed to
be labelled as item 10.
By the way, my own shop van came out of Yermo a couple months ago. If
you're curious, you can see pictures on my regular web page at the URL
in my signature, below. I had my own truck towed home, although it may
have been drivable anyway. I think the truck I looked at on Friday
will need a fair amount of work before it's ready to drive, although
it looks prettier than my truck does.
