In your post, you said your friend had converted to propane and then
said he was pumping out of his household natural as supply. These are
two very different gasses and require different orifices in appliances,
furnaces and automotive useage, due to difference in pressure,
volatility, etc. Agreed that they burn cleaner and maybe would be
cheaper to use, but the equipment required to change over probably would
be cost prohibitive unless you drive many thousands of miles. I know
there are "filling stations" for both Propane (LP), and Natural gas, but
I bet they charge some sort of Road Tax (if not they'll catch on soon).
I'm sure if the Road Tax Police will getcha if you don't watch out.
