Well, Richard:
The way it is over here in the Colonies, or in the Republic of Texas at
least, is that free men can, and DO, own and CARRY firearms of every
description, even fully automatic weapons and concealed handguns.
On the other hand, as Subjects, I believe you don't have that right. (See
2nd amendment to U.S. Constitution)
Unfortunately, surplus MVs are not protected by the constitution.
