Gentlemen,
It may interest those of us in the Mutt side of MVing to know that, should
you ever change your ball-joints - and anyone with an A1, or M151, almost
certainly should - contrary to what the TM says, it is not necessary to
pull your driveshafts.
Not a big thing, perhaps, but a tedious and awkward job nevertheless. I
just did mine and you can remove the bolts retaining the lower joints by
turning the driveshaft with some judicious use of the jack.
