M-35 A-2 help!

Hi Listers,

I am putting together a cargo cover for the Deuce (1973 AMG, cargo
model). I have a bow set that appears to be mixed with something else.
The horizontal pieces are all of equal, and evidently appropriate
length. However, the vertical boards are not some are 45" long and some
are 54" long. Can anyone tell me which length is correct?

Also, I have the corners and machine screws but the metal corners are
missing the straps which would be used to secure the side canvas once
rolled up. Can anyone direct me to said straps???
