I HAVE NEVER IN 15 YEARS OF BUYING SURPLUS SEEN A COMPUTER LISTED AS A DEMIL
ITEM!!!
I have seen lots of them scrapped, and now they are sent to unicor (federal
prison system) for rebuild and distribution to schools.
This sounds like another 1/2 truth rumor unfortunately.
I would be surprised if we ever get a true answer on the subject.
