We all have the ultimate anti-freeze test apparatus.

Take a good spoonful of anti-freeze out of the vehicle, place said spoonful
of AF in the deep freeze overnight.
Stays liquid = good, hard as nails = bad/weak mixture, bit slushy = likely
ok to some minus 15C.

(Your deep freeze should be making around -20C)
