Were you at Sikorsky when they had all the rotor blade problems? They
racked their brains trying to figure out what was causing the blades
to fail until someone went and watched what each employee did who
had anything to do with those components. It turned out to be one
man armed with a knife who was the person who removed the packing
when the blades first arrived at the plant. No thought, no care.
It was a former Sikorsky employee who told me about
this, we were sitting on a yacht in Sydney harbour at the time!
