Gas Pedal on M37B1 (I'm lost here)

I am really lost on this one. My M37B1 now has a fiberglass (home made/cut)
gas pedal so I bought a NOS one but it is too short. I checked the base
where the current pedal is and it doesn't appear as if anything has been
repositioned (no old holes, etc. What is on there now is about 10.5" long
and the standard one (or at least the one I bought) is 8.5". Also, the
connection "unit" for the pedal to the linkage is missing. Does anyone
happen to have a picture or three they could send me showing the "right"
pedal and how it connects to the linkage?

Thanks.
