Be sure, I'll never forgive this! A Kettenkrad starts perfect with 6 Volts
(nominal 6 Volts, in reality there are 7 Volts!) even in Russian winters.
Note the instructions for operation in winter, issued by the Oberkommando
der Wehrmacht in 1942! Every driver should read this!
For really cold winters I have the Dochtlampen (small kerosene lamps) to
heat the battery box of the Kettenkrad. See spare parts list for details.
