I just got my Kettenkrad titled through "International Title Service" 1-800
543-8627. The fee varies with the type of vehicle, but my kk cost $75.

They get you a "registration" from a non-title state which you use in a
title state to get a new title. I just got mine in Maryland with no
problem.
