Denny; Joe Young probably hit the head on the nail as far as the locked up
brake. Often times leaving something suspended by a brake hose or a branch
snagging on it going down the road can cause the hose to rupture inside
creating a flap that acts as a check valve and only allows fluid to travel
one way. When the wheel is locked up, crack the bleeder at the suspect wheel
to see if there is a pressure build up. If there is its the line .......or a
blocked compensating port in the master cylinder. If the piston is not
completely retracting in its bore, the piston can block this compensating
port which denies fluid return to the reservoir. Could be junk in the bore,
improperly adjusted free play, bad spring etc. Just keep this in mind if the
hose theory doesn't pan out. Kenny
