It is best to allow the injector pump to supply a small amount of fuel to the
cylinders to prevent gaulding. The electrical connection to the injector pump
simply turns on the brake.
    I once drove a truck a short distance(to unload) with a injector line in
two. Ruined that sleeve and piston.
