A friend and I were kicking around a Kettenkrad kit awhile back. Of course the biggest issues would be the tracks and unique bits of the Kettenkrad. It is all in how original do you want it to be. The M151 kits advertise that they are not exact replicas just take similar form.
There is another company doing the M151 kits now out of Florida. I was talking to the gentleman at the MVPA Nationals this year about them.
