Another excellent 3M product is the "strip & clean" wheel. Kind of hard to
describe, but it will strip just about any surface of rust and old paint. It
is flexible too, so it will get into those places a DA and other sanders
just cant get at. It will fit on a drill.
Check one out at a parts store that supplies paint & body shops.
