This is a bit different. The web has been around for a while. They can't just pickup the URL because it says CadillacGage. What about Cadillac-
Gage.com,.net.org, etc. He should be able to clean up with those folks if he has to sell out at all.
CadillacGage is not a commonly known trademark.
