Well, an MV counts as personal property right? More than a few places
I've looked for the regs states that
"Individuals ....operating motor homes or other vehicles used
exclusively to transport personal possessions or family members, for
nonbusiness purposes..." are exempted from CDL requirements.
I'm trying to locate the correct and specific Georgia Code. If I'm
not mistaken, I think there was a general implementation of common
CDL code across the country a few years back....
