Does anyone know what the requirements are in Maryland? I had to go to court
with the Maryland DMV to get a title for my Blazer (I won), but a MV (in
this case my '52 M-38) will I'm certain, create all kinds of complications.
I know I can get a historical tag, but that only allows it to be driven in
parades, etc. Any Marylanders out there have any insight into this? Thanks.
