Toe-in spec on a M35A2??

I looked in the manual, and it only specifies it with the special
military test bar. I don't have one. I need to know how high off the
ground the toe-in measurement is done. Anyone know? I'd appreciate a
direct email to me, as I'm on the digest mode and I would like to do the
adjustment asap, today. I'm eating the tires, currently. Gotta fix
