M35 Towing a ford C-700

Folks -

I have to tow a Ford C-700 cherry picker truck about 80 miles. I am
thinking of building a towbar and I plan on no more than 20 or so mph,
back roads all the way. A long day for sure, but the towing company
quoted me $300, about $50 more than I paid for the truck!

I wonder if my M35 and it's stock pintle hitch are up to the task. The
truck apparently weighs in at around 20,000.

Any thoughts?
