Thanks for all the good advice, guys. I think in my particular case,
I'll stick the tranny in high gear, put the transfer case in neutral,
put a bar into the universal joint right behind the engine, and turn it,
having a second guy (soldier 'B'?) watch the crankshaft timing mark.
I'll approach it in the direction that the engine normally turns. This
is after basically getting it close by tapping the starter. Should
