Absolutely, the engine should always be cranked when the flame heater is
used. What I'm saying is that don't expect the engine to start while the
flame heater is on. It may start and most likely will, but chances are
greater after it is turned off (more oxygen). I'll probably have to rewrite
this a few times before getting it right...
