Depends on the State's DNR regs. In some states, such activity is
highly illegal and falls under the harassment of the wildlife
designation. Or interfearing in lawful processes such as hunting.
The dorks that don't understand the benefit of hunting should spend
some time picking up corpses of deer that have starved to death in
the off season.
