Buck, try just plain old diesel, especially If you can dcome up with a drum
or a tank big enough to soak it in. Let it sit for a month or so and
usually you can get things to break loose. One of the guys here recently
got an M75 APC engine freed up that had been in a flood, so patience pays
off.
