Well, my $2300. like new car dolly didn't sell for $1200., so
I'm keepimg it. A beautiful Mack 5-ton that I sold for $5,000
made an eight hour trip into Virginia without a problem. It
finally got warm enough outside so I could bring my helper in and start working on the several deuces that I have deposits on. I need a complete exhaust system for another Mack 5-ton.
Name your price, I don't feel like fabricating one from a M54A2
multifuel pipe. My M100 trailer went to Oklahoma. My old puter
is on the junk pile. This new one is so fast, my senior citizen
brain has trouble keeping up to it :)
Well, as bad as things are for me, I've experienced worse. Don't try sleeping in a custom van in CA. Four doors popped open and a gun was pointed at me. Had the cops, over the years, pull a gun on me. Four times. Once, just for siting on a curb sipping a brew. When I saw him coming, on foot, I fled. Both of his shots missed me, though.
I'm pulling out in the van, a 1971 I customized in 1976, again
this summer. Been across the country in it three times, so far. I plan on another tour of the country and hope to visit a
lot of my truck customers. My fire base will be an adobe shack
I discovered in Nevada.
Bargain price on the Mack M54A1. A really beautiful dropside. The one needing an exhaust system. Runs, drives and brakes A-1. The multifuel A-2 5-ton is bargain priced at $6900. I also
have an M35A2 with winch, new batteries and new insulated vinyl
cab top. Has a vibration that starts about fourty-five mph. Could be the cupped front tires or a bent drive shaft. This truck is really nice, especially being priced at $4500.
Manual duel wheel lift, A-1, $75.00. No shipping on this. I
might take it to Churchville.
RAM, bring me about ten of your lug wrench bars to Churchville.
I need M35A2 NOS in-tank fuel pumps. Got a good deal on a bunch
last year, but I used them all. Need GOOD wiper motors, too.
Battery boxes are needed also (M35A2), metal or plastic.
