Same here in FLA Joe. Need a court order to get them returned. Reminds me
of the statement "Want your guns, go talk to the Judge! By the way, he's my
brother-in-law" It's seedy at best! Bad part about FLA law is that the
alleged compalinant and the cops are immuned from prosecution so even if it
was a prank call, can't do a thing about it!
