We the people are not required to adhere to due process.
That is for the courtroom. Which takes years if not decades. Look at what
Microsoft has been able to accomplish by using our legal.
This article points toward numerous instances of a nationwide company
firing people who were called up to active duty, and who idiotically put
their objection to reservists being employees in writing. AFAIK they are
guilty of what they are charged with. and it's worth avoiding them. The
evidence to date is MORE than enough for this plain old citizen to choose
an other vendor instead of Manny, Moe and whomever...

Due Process will occur in the court rooms, years from now, long after the
reservists have gone through bankruptcy and a complete change in how they
are able to raise their kids. I was robbed using just such a ploy by Met
Life when I was disabled for 5 years. They know most people can not afford
attorneys ( who do not always work for a percentage of the verdict ) for
the long haul.

And many or most of us being ex-military should usually cause us to side
with the vet if all other things are equal, which they are not in this case.

MV: Does anybody know if there is a class of type of business which load
or stress tests winch lines? Once running I plan on rolling it out and
cleaning/oiling then winding it again.... however I'm curious about how
strong it is as the rest of the truck has been sitting for ? 20 years??

Thanks
