Noticed that, myself. I measured the current drain by inserting an ammeter
between the lifted cable and the terminal. It turned out to be miniscule. A
few milliamps. That is all it takes to get that tiny spark. Could be crudd
(crudd is slightly conductive) anywhere leading to the frame. Jim
