A low tech M1009 problem.

I have a low tech M1009 problem. I cant get some of the bolts that
hold the antenna bracket loose. When I try to loosen them, both the
bolts and the tapped studs that the bolts screw into both spin together.

Any idea on how to get the bolts from the studs?
