M-37 Fuel Leak

I seem to have a rather sever leak where the filler neck meets the gas
tank on my M-37. I currently have it parked with the left rear uphill so
the gas isn't leaking. Can I just replace the gaskets? If not, can I
just replace the filler neck? Or do I need to replace the whole gas
tank? Does anyone know where I can get a "new"filler neck and/or gas
tank?
