Hey all:

Went up to the Vermont show for the day yesterday, (It was Miss Rebecca's
first Rally! 3 weeks old.), and I can report that the GMMVC is on the way to
having the premier MV show in the NE. Each year it gets better.

The flea market reminds me of what the hobby was about in the old days:
Collectors swapping with collectors. There were a few vendors there, Ross
Moier<SP>, Ron Nash, George Mannerri, but it did not have the "high
pressure commercial" feel of Gilbert, or Churchville.

The camping was nice, looked like everyone had a camp fire by their spots,
the rally has a very social feel to it.

It was great to See Kerry Bernstein, ("Honk if you love Sheep"), Jeff
Houghton ("Real Men Drive Gun Trucks"),Ross Mior ("need a new lug wrench
handle?"), Dr. Deuce ("Wanta sandblast Naked babe?"), Ronzo ("Anybody have
the number for a good tow company?"), and all the other usual suspects.

One of the highlights was John Tennent showing the new M35 fiberglass tops
he is making: Outstanding quality! Look military, very sturdy, and will look
sexy on the Deuce. As soon as the war department (Marj) approves the next
budget, I will be putting one on the M109A3, and moving the metal top to the
M35.

Ron and I will be camping next year, and will hopefully be able to help.

Anyway, kudos to the members who put it together! Next year if you are in
driving distance, it is well worth attending.
