Does anyone have difinative info on the Corps sole reliance on
Internationals during the war?
I have heard this in countless Vet interviews. One story I basically had it
that the Army MPs would do visits to the USMC Motor Pools in the Pacific
Theatre during and after conflicts looking for anything that was not
International, then question those.
Wonder what the countless vehicles the Marines brought out of the Chosin
Reservoir that belonged to the army up to that point?
Bill

My neighbor also said that the Marines didn't by GM truck, but bought
Internationals.
Prior to Pearl harbor, the Internationals with,"Red ..361 straight eight"
engines had a standard gloss finish.
