This is a sign of a BIG problem in the control box. Replace the
control box immediately OR you will be digging out the glow plugs through
the injector ports which is not a fun thing to do and no room to do it in.
This condition will make the glow plugs swell out and you will not be able
to remove them through the "normal" way!!! There are several new types of
upgraded boxes you can buy. Julian Burke
