Holy Moses!!!
Had no idea the traffic my post would generate! I'm sorry but I haven't
been able to keep up with the incomming emails, so I'm going to post to
the list.
Former Nike-Hercules launch site. Aprox. 16 acres. Original buildings
intacted, but need refurbishing.
Buildings as follows: Crew quarters ( made into small house for former
caretaker)

fall-out shelter and therefore may contain lead
in concrete floor, roof,
and walls )

large pressure tank plus a large oudoor water
storage tank)
Warhead assembly and missle test building
-- has overhead door on each end ( need
replacment ) and a multi-stall latrine and tool room
Power plant present electric service

is 416 3 phase. Each building
has it's own step-down transformer for 240/120 VAC.
Missle fueling building - surrounded by
15' earthen revettment
K-9 kennel
2 ea Sentry posts at gates.
Underground missle storeage magazines, 3
ea, with platform elevator ( elevators are
90-95% complete) but, need refurb. Have not operated
for several years.

present, but need lube and drivebelts no
A/C installed. control room, and
toolroom ( stipped to walls) All blast
doors present
Property has chain-link fence w barb-wire tops along perimeter. Double

Disclaimer: I have no vested interest in this site. I just keep the
power on and the sump pumps running.
I believe asking $500,00 USD.
Serious inquiries contact me off-list with phone number. I will contact
owners and they will call you direct.
I am currantly trying to download a sat. photo of site. If I can get it
to work I'll post a URL link.
Sorry for length of post. It may be a stretch, but is a missle elevator
an MV? he he!
