Gents,
Locomotive air horns do not use 200 PSI air pressure. No wonder
your feet vibrated, I could make the snow dance on the short hood of most
every locomotive I ever ran just with the horn. The governor for the air
compressor on all locomotives is normally set at compressor cut in
130....compressor cut off 140. All M-35's, M-54's are generally set at a
cut off of 90 PSI.
