If you want the straight scoop on ignitions and high performance, the guy
that founded Jacobs Electronics (maker of the Jacobs Ignition Systems)
wrote a very upfront and technical book on ignitions. I can get you the
ISBN number if you want it. I bought a copy of the book on Ebay after
reading a copy from the public library. It is simply an excellent
resource. You would think that this guy would only recommend the stuff he
makes, but that is not the case. He discusses other manufactures equipment
and recommends their stuff over his own equipment in many circumtances and
he tells you why.

When you want to go fast, and make HP, find out what racers are using.
They spend millions trying to figure out how to get 10 more HP out our of
an engine.
