Ray,
I spotted a WWII Deuce that "complies" with the law regarding
mounting the license plate at the rear. Without a mounting plate attached
to the body. Give up? I followed him for over ten miles before I spotted it
and it is legal.
Mounted on the rear axle.............when you finally see it you
kick yourself cause it;s right out in the open................food for thought.
