Chemical Agent Resistant Coating . Its pretty nasty stuff
when sanded and inhaled (carcenogen). From what I gather,
it a two part epoxy coating that doesnt not absorb chemical agent and
therefor makes for much easier deconamination.
Gillespie coatings makes a great CARC substitute interms of texture and
color, but with out the nastiness (still isnt chemical agent resistant
though).
