Chemical Agent Resistant Coating . Its pretty nasty stuff
when sanded and inhaled (carcenogen). From what I gather,
it a two part epoxy coating that doesnt not absorb chemical
agent and therefor makes for much easier deconamination.

Gillespie coatings makes a great CARC substitute interms of
texture and color, but with out the nastiness (still isnt chemical
agent resistant though).
