Bobby some commercial truck washers have been shut down by the same people -
EPA regs call for something to catch oil that can be in discharge when
washing vehicles, also their is some concern about detergent / soap
discharge into ground water. EPA gets into act for they have jurisdiction
over "navigable" waters, most any stream of water you can think of
eventually reaches "navigable water"
