Dan:

This question is a hardy perennial over on the www.dodgepowerwagon.com
forum.

An M37 is the military equivalent of the famous "flat-fender" Power Wagon.
Here is the most succinct answer: (and I quote, from the forum)

A Power Wagon is a heavy, slow piece of construction equipment. It can be
likened to a small bulldozer. Ask yourself:

Would you flat-tow a bulldozer?

Would you "half-tow" (on a dolly) a bulldozer?

Would you put a heavy piece of construction equipment on a dolly or light
trailer, that has no brakes, and that is not rated for the weight of the
equipment?

Would you tow anything with an under-powered tow vehicle, with inadequate
brakes?

Does your insurance company know what you intend to do?

Good luck. apb
