M35A3 super singles

I read that the super singles on the M35A3 are 14.5R20. That is larger than
the 9.00R20 that comes stock on a M35. Does anyone know if the rear axles on
the A3 have been spread out to make room for the bigger tires? I was going
to try and get tires/wheels like that for my A2 if it is possible. Has
anyone done it?
