Jon, I don't think that can be done. If I've listened correctly over the
years, the 5 ton has a double sprag (overrunning clutch) configuration just like
the older deuce. Instead of a complex arrangement of levers, the sprag reversal
is accomplished by the air configuration you've described.
All this is assuming that I've listened correctly.
