Sounds like they did a lot of prep work because I can't see how something
like this could be driven on the fly. Starting up any vehicle which has
been sitting a while... not easy (I am being reminded of that right now).
Plugs, battery, and gas are the basic things that would likely need to
be fresh for it to start up. For a tank I would imagine the list is
longer, especially since tanks don't like to run even when they are well
maintained :-)
