There is a vague parallel here to a recent case involving Western Union.
They are the biggest money launderer in the world, and were taken to task
and found guilty of that crime by the US govt (Yes, Sonny, they sometimes DO
get it right, I admit).

Perhaps some influential politicians will see that Paypal is doing miuch the
same unlicensed banking that was the focus of the UPS case.

I always root for the underdog, and it seems that Paypal has created quite a
pack of them.
