Unfortunately Halon extinguishers have been banned under the CFC laws because they are ozone depleting chemicals. Halon can only be used in places where nothing else can be used such as some chemical production equipment with fixed closed systems and Crazy String. Go figure! If you find any Halon extinguishers for sale (NOS) they are legal to sell remaining stock, so grab them.
