Well, I spent a lot of time on this charging system. The following is a link
to a web page I created about it:

It is quite lengthy, because it covers all of my discovery process, so if
you want the short version, here it is:
1) Make sure both batteries are fully charged and good
2) Always turn the master power switch off when parking the truck for any
length of time
3) Switch the orange (12V) and red (24V) wires to the DUVAC unit itself.

This, of course, assumes a stock setup.
