Should be plenty. Are injectors spraying? Have you changed 24v feed to
resister which goes to glow plugs , to a direct 12v feed from 12v connection
block? When you feel manifold near glow plugs, does it feel warm after
putting power to them?

I have an electric fuel pump that I could plumb in, but I don't see the
need at this point, I'm getting a good stream of fuel (about a foot)
every stroke of the pump, coming from the fuel filter housing, when the
line going to the injector pump is disconnected. Shouldn't this be
enough fuel?
