I guess that pat on the back about guarantees them a renewal of their
contract!!
Sure makes me miss David Wright, the fired head of customer service, and
information tech.. He was a great source of info and help (he was the one
who pointed out the ownership of GL to me, long before he was let go), and
really seemed to care about trying to make things run better. Oh well!!!
