Unless either a class action lawsuit or a petition
with several hundred names is sent to multiple
Congressmen alledging violation of government
standards\breach of contract then nothing is going to
be done about this. The contract should be contained
in the Congressional Daily or other archives.
The government is making money and that is all they
care.
